Supported by a total investment of RMB 36.38 million,the Phase III expansion project of Hainan Qinglan Water Plant includes the construction and equipment installation of water treatment process technology and supporting facilities.After completion,the water supply in Qinglan Water Plant will increase from 18,000 tons to 38,000 tons daily.
